based on the resolution, I guess you this pic is just a small corner of a much larger one, which you had converted into B&W mode before cutting out the lady.
And, based on the way she dress, I guess it is a bride who was busy taking her wedding photos.
And finally, inferred from the bride and the water, I guess this must be Hoan Kiem lake.
